Returns
Please pack the merchandise and a copy of your receipt into a sturdy box. Then, apply the supplied return label. (Please send all shipments prepaid.) The purchase price will
be refunded back to you by check from God’s Helping Hands.  Please allow approximately one week for your check to be mailed after the return has been received.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please return the item you'd like to exchange, a copy of your receipt and a check for shipping and handling to:

What should I do if my order was damaged upon receipt?
We apologize if your order was damaged when you received it and for any inconvenience it may have caused.  Please e-mail or call us toll-free at (866) 940-4422 for assistance in reordering or to be reimbursed.
 
Are your shipments insured?
Yes. For your protection, we insure shipments up to $50.00.

What should I do if the order I received is incorrect (received someone else’s order, extra items or missing items)?
We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Please see our friendly Return and Exchange Policy above that make it easy to correct your order or get your money back.
 
If you received items that are not yours, please e-mail or call us with the information from the items that are not yours.
 
If you are missing items from your order, please e-mail or call us with detailed information of what is missing so we can reorder it for you or reimburse you.
 
If you received someone else's order completely, please e-mail or call us for assistance with the order number from the order you did receive as well as your order number so we can track your merchandise.


Who is responsible for shipping and handling?
If an item you received damaged or by our mistake, we will cover the shipping and handling charges.  If you ordered an item in the wrong size, color or style, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
